Moongate Cafe opened with a simple idea: somewhere between the highway and the heart of Las Cruces, there should be a room that feels like a breath held and then released.

We source our coffee from roasters who treat each batch like a conversation, and our cocktail program is built around ingredients you can actually pronounce. The space is warm — terracotta walls, sand-colored linen, wood that's been sanded down more than once — because you shouldn't have to rush through something this deliberate.

Whether you're stopping off I-10, working from a laptop for the third hour, or meeting someone you've been meaning to see, the door is open and the light is right.
